Terry-Todd Consulting’s investigations are led by Ann Todd, a nationally recognized expert with extensive experience in student and employee conduct investigations. Ann has conducted hundreds of investigations and trained thousands of investigators across North America, equipping professionals with the skills needed to conduct fair, thorough, and legally sound inquiries.
Ann developed the civil rights investigative model used by our team, drawing on extensive social science research on memory and investigative interviewing. This model incorporates Fisher’s Cognitive Interview and John Baldwin’s P.E.A.C.E. model, adapted specifically for the administrative conduct process. By applying these best practices, our investigations produce reliable findings while respecting the unique nature of campus proceedings.
